MFC-8510 8710 8910 8950 fuzzy and paper jam

The new Brother MFC-8510 MFC-8710 MFC-8810 MFC-8950 series has a new style fuser unit.

Symptoms: fuzzy prints on the page and paper jams and misfeed.

Cause: the grease that lubricate the fuser roller film is dry and the film doesn't roll fast enough (fuzzy print) or in the case of paper jams it doesn't roll at all.

Solution: this fuser needs to be service every 25,000 prints, the film needs to be remove and clean from old grease.

The heater needs to be cleaned from old grease and new grease should be applied (must be the correct grease).

Grease recommended is the Uniflor 8172.
